Practicum I & II shown in first and second semesters include practice in teaching CCM-I
and CCM-II and other related assignments as per scheme of examination shown under
METHODS OF TEACHING
The following Content cum Methods of Teaching School Subjects can be provided in
the college:-
Kannada, English, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, Sanskrit, History and Civics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biological Sciences.
Soft-core courses
Each student teacher shall take any two soft courses of teaching school subjects based on the subjects studied at UG and PG level.

Open Electives Courses
Student teacher shall take any one of the following open Elective courses during the IV semester.
- Guidance and Counseling
- Value Education
- Education for peace
- Action Research
Internal Assessment
The internal assessment marks shall be based on records, tests, seminars, assignments and practical activities.
The Internal assessment marks shall be communicated to the Registrar (Evaluation) at least 10 days before the commencement of the University examinations of each semester and the Registrar (Evaluation) shall have access to the records of such periodical assessments.
Registration for Examinations
A candidate shall register for all the papers of a semester when he/she appears for the examination of that semester for the first time.
